SHADE-IN

SHADE-IN was part of the Conference of Non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOs) team who went on a fact finding visit to one of the public secondary schools in Benin City, Edo State on 12th June, 2018. This was a thing of concern as it poses suspicion that this process aids examination malpractice. This discovery was taken up by CONGOs being raised by a member of the Conference. During the visit, it was discovered that the ID card issued was an initiative to cover up for the lapses of NECO, as the team was informed that the ID card was done for formality.
