Lead. — Our June–September Journey of Growth and Transformation Published by Saving Hand Development Initiative (SHADE-IN) The year 2026 reached an important turning point in June. As we entered the second half of the year, we launched our four-month development campaign: Changemakers: Learn. Become. Lead. This initiative strengthens our team, volunteers, partners and communities as we advance leadership development, value reorientation, youth education and neighbourhood transformation. Why This Journey? June marked the close of the first half of the year and the beginning of a new season of possibilities.
