The year 2026 reached an important turning point in June.
As we entered the second half of the year, we launched our four-month development campaign:
Changemakers: Learn. Become. Lead.
This initiative strengthens our team, volunteers, partners and communities as we advance leadership development, value reorientation, youth education and neighbourhood transformation.
Why This Journey?
June marked the close of the first half of the year and the beginning of a new season of possibilities. Rather than simply moving into another month, we chose to pause, reflect, reset and intentionally prepare for greater impact.
Our vision is simple: to build people who will transform communities and nations by God's Hand.
Our Four-Month Focus
June — Learn
Every transformation begins with learning. June reminded us to remain teachable, build capacity and embrace growth opportunities.

Learning is the foundation upon which lasting impact is built.
🤝 July — Growth as a Connector
In July, we discovered that growth is accelerated through meaningful relationships.
We focused on building bridges rather than walls, creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, partnerships, and community.
Great things happen when people connect around purpose.
August — Grow. Become. Fly.
Growth is not the destination—becoming is. August calls us to apply what we have learned, embrace transformation and become who we were created to be. As we become, we gain the confidence, character and capacity to fly beyond limitations and create lasting impact.

Growth is never meant to remain hidden. It is not the final destination. Growth helps us to become the leaders we're meant to be.
August challenges us to apply what we have learned, step beyond our comfort zones, embrace transformation and become who God has created us to be.
As we continue to grow, we become and gain the confidence, character and capacity to soar higher beyond limitations, creating greater and lasting impact.
👑 September — Lead
Learning, connection, growth and becoming ultimately lead to responsibility and prepare us for leadership. Leadership is responsibility.
September will focus on leadership in action—taking ownership, serving others, influencing positively, and becoming catalysts for transformation wherever we find ourselves.
Leadership is not merely a position.
It is influence, service, and responsibility
What This Means for SHADE-IN
Throughout this journey, we are strengthening our internal structures while developing resources that will benefit our volunteers, partners and wider community. We remain committed to expanding learning opportunities through webinars, mentorship, community engagement, digital resources and the continued growth of the SHADE-IN Teens Hub.
